Returns & Refunds

Most Kreative Klouds products are made to order or produced specifically for your purchase. Because of that, standard returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other preference-based reasons, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, materially defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at kreativekloudsapparel@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the claim and, when approved, provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, correction, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Order details and sizing

Please review your size, color, quantity, shipping address, and other selections carefully before submitting your order. Once production or fulfillment has begun, we may be unable to change or cancel the order.

Color and appearance

We work to display product colors and artwork accurately, but screens, garment batches, print processes, and materials can produce reasonable differences in color or appearance. Minor variations that do not amount to a defect are not normally eligible for a refund.

Refund processing

When a refund is approved, it is generally issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit after it is processed.
